Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client accounts.
  • Oversee end-to-end event registration processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and service requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company resources and service capabilities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and service improvements.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, particularly in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
