Itemhound Corporation is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships in the vibrant Tarlac market. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless execution of events and services. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to translate client objectives into actionable plans, while identifying new business opportunities to expand our portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end event registration process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Coordinate client needs with internal departments to deliver timely and accurate solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (minimum 2 years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
- Fluent in English and Filipino; additional languages are a plus.
