As an Account Executive, you will lead client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle from onboarding to post-event follow-up, always aiming to exceed expectations. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and account reviews.
  • Oversee end-to-end event registration processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Coordinate client needs across internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Itemhound’s services and value proposition.
  • Resolve client issues proactively, escalating complex cases when necessary, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Track and report on account performance, pipeline activities, and client feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles (event management experience is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
