Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet and exceed organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide accurate forecasts to management.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar B2B sales role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software.
