Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable products or services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or B2B sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila as needed.
