Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders, IT managers, and security directors within target enterprise accounts.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations of our advanced electronic security and smart technology solutions.
- Prepare tailored proposals, RFPs, and quotations that align with client requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet complex site-specific security needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and ensure a competitive edge in the region.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive account management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B or Enterprise Sales, preferably within the security technology, ELV, or ICT industries.
- Strong understanding of electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Integrated Smart Solutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long-cycle enterprise sales processes and build complex pipelines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
