We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the local logistics landscape. This is a full-time position based in our Pasay City office, offering competitive compensation, career growth, and the chance to work with a market leader.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales volume and revenue targets for the logistics e-commerce segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell 2GO’s suite of e-commerce logistics services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
- Represent 2GO Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics operations (warehousing, fulfillment, last-mile delivery).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and travel as needed.
