Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts within the Retail and Services sectors, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects to expand Maxis' market share.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate effectively with internal product, technical, marketing, and support teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting insights and demonstrating value to drive continued partnership and growth.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in enterprise account management or B2B sales, with a strong focus on the Retail and Services industries.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
- In-depth understanding of telecommunications services, ICT solutions, cloud, IoT, and digital transformation technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of understanding complex business challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
