In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal operations, ensuring that our service delivery consistently exceeds expectations.
You will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring seamless retention. By coordinating with cross-functional internal teams, you will play a critical role in aligning our service delivery with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) goals. Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated primary contact for the C-Hawk client portfolio.
- Develop and implement account strategies to foster long-term client loyalty and retention.
- Act as the internal advocate for clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline service delivery.
- Collaborate with the planning department to ensure service output aligns with S&OP objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and ensure client satisfaction metrics are met.
- Monitor account performance data to proactively address potential challenges before they escalate.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and status reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or B2B Sales, ideally in a technical or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of S&OP processes and their impact on client relations.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
