Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of debtors and ensure timely account administration and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential debtors.
  • Conduct professional presentations and meetings to explain financial products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance to ensure compliance with company policies and financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management, credit analysis, or sales, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
