Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of debtors and ensure timely account administration and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential debtors.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to explain financial products and services.
- Monitor and analyze account performance to ensure compliance with company policies and financial targets.
- Maintain effective and proactive communication with clients to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare regular activity reports and provide market insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless service experience for every client.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management, credit analysis, or sales, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet aggressive targets.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Surabaya and surrounding areas as required.
