Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with high precision.
- Prepare and process invoices for AU-based clients, ensuring strict adherence to billing schedules.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation using industry-standard accounting software.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve billing inquiries promptly.
- Support administrative operations to ensure compliance with financial policies and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in accounts administration or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective client communication.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting Australian or international clients is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas.
