Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal databases with supplier information.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal project teams to ensure timely material procurement.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the finance team with invoice verification and payment reconciliation.

Qualifications
