Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal databases with supplier information.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal project teams to ensure timely material procurement.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the finance team with invoice verification and payment reconciliation.
- Monitor and track office/project supply levels to prevent shortages.
- Handle incoming inquiries and facilitate communication between departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, or purchasing is an advantage, but not required (Training Provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be comfortable working in a construction industry environment.
