Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property viewings, site visits, and open houses with agents and clients
  • Prepare and review sales contracts, quotations, and documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain and update client and property databases in CRM; ensure data integrity
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and support the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely transaction progress
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Support post sale processes and handover to property management

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience in admin support or sales support, preferably in real estate or property development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Malay and English; customer-focused
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data entry
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
