As a Facilities Engineer, you will coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to implement preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot issues promptly, and comply with local safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety codes.
- Manage facility-related projects, including renovations, upgrades, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment inventories.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure all building systems operate within regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills for managing contractors and teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bohol and handle occasional after-hours emergencies.
