Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Maintain and update comprehensive inventory records to prevent stock shortages.
- Prepare and process administrative documents, invoices, and payment requests.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to fulfill supply requirements.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of regular procurement and administrative status reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or purchasing/procurement.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective supplier liaison.
