PT DUADELAPAN JAYA MAKMUR is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Staff to support our daily operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via WhatsApp and manage order recaps from both WhatsApp and Tokopedia platforms. Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly via WhatsApp.
- Process and recap daily orders received through WhatsApp and Tokopedia.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming orders and communications.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and follow-up.
- Assist in general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Update customer databases with the latest order status and information.
- Handle basic data entry and document filing as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Proficiency in using smartphone applications, specifically WhatsApp.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Tokopedia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
