Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for office supplies and services.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the management team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or accounting support roles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
