Responsibilities
- Design and maintain end-to-end marketing automation workflows within Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard.
- Develop and configure templates, delivery processes, and personalization scripts (JavaScript, XML) to support global marketing initiatives.
- Manage data schemas, data imports, and reconciliation processes to ensure high-quality customer profile segmentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for personalized customer journeys.
- Perform system audits, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize campaign execution.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party APIs.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide guidance on best practices for marketing automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS for dynamic content creation and data management.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, relational databases, and ETL processes within a marketing context.
- Experience with API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical marketing teams.
