Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, and on‑site visits.
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults, perform diagnostics, and implement effective repair solutions.
  • Conduct installation, commissioning, and testing of power products according to specifications.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all interventions.
  • Deliver product training and operational guidance to end‑users and junior technicians.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and sales teams to relay field feedback and suggest product improvements.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance programmes and help develop service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in after‑sales service, field engineering, or technical support for industrial equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and hands‑on experience with power electronics, generators, or similar systems.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with customers.
  • Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
  • Willingness to travel within Pahang and surrounding regions as required.
  • Valid driving licence and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
