Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Madiun area to expand our customer base.
- Conduct professional presentations and explain financial product benefits to prospective clients.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for financing products.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements for local sales strategies.
- Report daily sales activities and performance metrics to the branch management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- High self-motivation and a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Madiun region.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Basic knowledge of financial products or previous experience in sales/marketing is a significant advantage.
- Able to operate basic mobile applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
