Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI agents with existing platforms and user interfaces.
- Conduct experiments with large language models (LLMs) to optimize performance, accuracy, and cost.
- Build data pipelines for ingesting, preprocessing, and multimodal data feeding into agent workflows.
- Monitor, debug, and improve agent behavior in production, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI research and incorporate novel techniques into the companyâs technology stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing through tech talks and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience building AI agents or LLMâbased applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with asynchronous programming.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, retrievalâaugmented generation (RAG), and agent memory mechanisms.
- Experience with RESTful API development, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid grasp of software engineering best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problemâsolving abilities and a passion for experimenting with cuttingâedge AI technologies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fastâpaced environment.
