Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive AI and automation strategies across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML engineers and RPA developers.
- Design and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions to automate content generation, data extraction, and customer interactions.
- Develop and manage RPA bots using industry-leading tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create detailed technical roadmaps.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of deployed AI models and automation scripts.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain high standards for AI ethics and security.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and tools, introducing innovative solutions to keep Cloudstaff at the cutting edge of technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a strong plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) and process discovery methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a BPO, SaaS, or fast-paced technology environment is highly preferred.
