We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. As an Applied AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between theoretical machine learning research and real-world applications. You will work directly with our customers to quickly understand their most pressing challenges and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models. This includes designing and implementing efficient machine learning infrastructure, optimizing model performance for production environments, and ensuring reliability and scalability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products, driving innovation and delivering measurable value to our clients. Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with customers to identify business challenges and design tailored AI solutions.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency for production deployment.
- Work with large-scale datasets to train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD for machine learning models.
- Monitor model performance in production and iterate on improvements based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to engineering tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with MLOps tools and platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or similar).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
