Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced AI models and algorithms specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Implement and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines for text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
- Architect and deploy Computer Vision (CV) solutions for image processing and object detection tasks.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models (such as GPT, Llama, or BERT) to meet specific project requirements and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing software architectures and products.
- Monitor and maintain AI systems in production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and industry trends in machine learning and AI to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT.
- Solid understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Proven expertise in Computer Vision libraries (OpenCV) and NLP libraries (Hugging Face, NLTK, Spacy).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and scaling AI models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a contract-based role.
