Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized financial plans that address clients’ wealth‑building, protection, and retirement needs.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable AIA insurance and investment products.
- Maintain and grow a robust portfolio of client relationships through regular follow‑ups, seminars, and community outreach.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, adjusting plans to reflect market changes and life events.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate recurring commissions through new business and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Provide clear, jargon‑free guidance on risk management, savings, and investment strategies.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and stay current with regulatory and product updates.
- Adhere to industry compliance standards and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O‑Level or equivalent; higher education in finance, business, or related field is advantageous.
- Recognized certification in financial planning (e.g., CFP, RFP) or willingness to obtain licensure.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services; fresh graduates with a strong interest in wealth management are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset.
- Self‑motivated, result‑driven, and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools for client management.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Must be registered with the relevant regulatory body (or willing to obtain registration) for insurance advisory services.
