Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track inbound and outbound air cargo shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents including air waybills, customs declarations, and export permits.
  • Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, and customs officials to resolve discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Coordinate cargo loading and unloading activities, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the cargo management system and generate regular performance reports.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Adhere to SATS safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures and international trade regulations.
  • Proficiency in cargo management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a multicultural team.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (eligible for the joining bonus).
