In this critical role, you will ensure product excellence by conducting precise testing and analysis of in-process and final product samples. Your work will strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), guaranteeing compliance with stringent regulatory standards. You'll operate advanced laboratory instrumentation, maintain meticulous documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality discrepancies. Responsibilities
- Perform timely testing and analysis of in-process and final product samples
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and cGMP regulations
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Accurately document test results and maintain quality records
- Investigate and resolve quality discrepancies in test results
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams on quality initiatives
- Participate in process improvement and validation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Previous experience in quality control or laboratory environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and instrumentation
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Strong documentation and communication abilities
