Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines, warehouses, and reporting platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements, KPIs, and actionable insight objectives.
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness.
- Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models that drive strategic decision‑making.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards across all analytics initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with IT, leadership, and external partners to integrate emerging technologies and improve data‑driven capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a comparable analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Strong experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing analytics teams.
