The ideal candidate will leverage advanced monitoring tools and analytics platforms to collect and analyze user interaction data through embedded video players and other digital touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations, ultimately improving application responsiveness and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage APM solutions to monitor application performance and availability across production environments
- Analyze user behavior and activity data collected through embedded video players and digital platforms to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate APM tools and establish performance baselines
- Conduct root cause analysis for application performance issues and implement corrective measures
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance on application architecture decisions to ensure scalability and performance optimization
- Evaluate and recommend APM tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance monitoring capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring or similar technical role
- Proficiency with APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or Datadog
- Experience with log analysis, distributed tracing, and performance profiling techniques
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and database performance optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
