BF Jade E-Services Philippines is seeking a skilled Application Consultant to take functional ownership of our Oracle Fusion HCM suite. This is a strategic role for an experienced consultant who thrives on designing and implementing HCM solutions that drive business efficiency. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM, overseeing configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable HCM solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of HCM projects, including implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
- Conduct functional testing, user training, and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle Fusion HCM best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and evaluate their impact on the organization.
- Provide expert advice on Core HR, Global HR, and related modules to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM functional consultant or application consultant.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, especially Core HR and Global HR.
- Proven experience in full cycle HCM implementation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to configure complex business rules.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and reporting tools is a plus.
- Oracle HCM certification is preferred.
