Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Application Data Support Analyst to join our ICT practice in Singapore. This role places you at the frontline of application data issues, helping clients optimize data flows, ensure data integrity, and maintain high system availability. You will collaborate with business users, data engineers, developers, and vendors to resolve incidents, validate data, and deliver timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the data and application support team, you will own operational data processes, troubleshoot data anomalies, and monitor data pipelines across core systems. You will perform data quality checks, lead data reconciliation efforts, and support data loading and transformation activities. You will also write SQL queries to extract data, create meaningful reports, and support data-driven decision making. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures quick incident resolution and continuous improvement of data governance standards.

Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support for application data issues, incidents, and data-related user queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity and mapping problems across core systems and databases.
- Perform data quality checks, data reconciliation, and validation of data loads.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data, generate reports, and support data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with IT, data engineers, and vendors to diagnose and resolve complex incidents.
- Assist with data migrations and configuration changes, ensuring minimal downtime and risk.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for data support processes.
- Engage with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical actions.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in application support or data management, preferably in SQL Server/Oracle environments.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries for data extraction and validation.
- Familiarity with data quality concepts, data governance, and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with prioritization.
- Proactive learner with a passion for data and technology.
