Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including study, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and perform debugging to ensure high software quality and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and system issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle software development with a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or .NET.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL) and version control tools (Git).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
