Digiplus Interactive Corp. is looking for a skilled Application Management Engineer to join our IT team in Taguig City, Philippines. In this role, you will oversee the management, optimization, and support of our core enterprise platforms, including Lark, Microsoft Dynamics, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise applications (Lark, Microsoft Dynamics, AWS) including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes across HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity by applying best practices and conducting regular audits.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and training to endâusers to promote adoption and effective use of systems.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- Participate in incident response and escalation, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of handsâon experience managing enterprise applications such as Lark, Microsoft Dynamics, or AWS services.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and verbal) to support multilingual stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills with a detailâoriented mindset.
- Experience with workflow automation tools, scripting, or development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
