Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and process incoming applications against established compliance criteria and programme guidelines.
- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, resolving queries and providing timely updates throughout the application lifecycle.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity within the application management system.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest innovative improvements to enhance application processing speed and user engagement.
- Prepare regular progress reports and programme updates for management review.
- Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
- Support the planning and execution of programme-related initiatives to drive organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in programme support, administration, or operations, preferably within the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex guidelines and apply them to application assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with CRM or application management software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Demonstrated initiative in process optimization and collaborative problem-solving.
