Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for various business applications, responding to user inquiries and resolving basic issues promptly.

- Troubleshoot reported system issues, document problem details, and escalate complex incidents to senior support staff or relevant teams.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs for common application problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for workflow improvement and assist in the implementation of solutions.
- Participate in the testing of new application features, updates, or patches before deployment.
- Learn to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify potential issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals, and application support principles.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and a strong desire to gain practical experience in an IT environment.
