Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural and M&E drawings to ensure design alignment and prevent onsite clashes.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, RFI (Request for Information), and shop drawings for consultant approval.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work aligns with construction schedules and quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve design or coordination issues.
- Attend technical and progress meetings to report on site activities and documentation.
- Manage documentation control for all architectural and M&E related plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related construction field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in coordination roles within a Main Contractor environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and BCA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and identify potential integration issues.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
