MCi Career Services is seeking a motivated Project Operations Coordinator to support our construction projects in the vibrant Tai Seng area of Singaporeās North-East Region. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution from planning through completion. The ideal candidate brings 1ā3 years of construction experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, monitoring schedules and budgets, coordinating logistics, and facilitating communication between office and field personnel. Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Maintain project documentation including daily reports, change orders, and safety records.
- Monitor budget expenditures and support cost control initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication between office personnel and field crews.
- Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs on-site.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1ā3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and timeāmanagement abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Valid driverās licence and willingness to travel to various project sites.
