Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share among retail franchisees.
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of franchise partners, providing ongoing support, training, and guidance to optimize their performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to assess operational health, identify growth opportunities, and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, logistics) to ensure seamless product availability and promotional execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting insights and recommending tactical adjustments to the regional management.
- Negotiate and renew franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and operational analyses for management review.
- Resolve escalated customer and franchisee concerns, maintaining high satisfaction levels and brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or franchise management, preferably within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing dealer/retail networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills – both in English and Filipino.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area (Santa Ana, Metro Manila) for field visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
