Responsibilities
- Develop and execute franchise acquisition strategies for assigned territory
- Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding and relationship lifecycle
- Conduct market analysis to identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats
- Provide operational guidance and performance coaching to franchise partners
- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch territory-specific promotions
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong networks within the retail community
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in sales, account management, or franchise development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM software and data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of Philippine retail landscape preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
