Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales rounds and manage the assigned territory in Seremban efficiently.
  • Drive company vehicles (Van) to deliver products and maintain a clean and safe driving record.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase market share.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper merchandising and product display in retail outlets.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by the management team.
  • Collect payments and reconcile accounts with clients on a regular basis.
  • Provide accurate feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG or Tobacco sales is required.
  • Valid driving license with experience driving a van is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with the Klang Valley area is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using handheld devices or Point of Sale (POS) systems for data entry.
