Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for General Trade channel in assigned Southeast Asian markets
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Ensure brand visibility and product availability across all trade channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in FMCG or retail sector
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in Southeast Asian markets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of General Trade channel dynamics and retail operations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems
