Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in Penang.
- Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, coach, and motivate field sales teams to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide on-ground support and ensure adherence to sales processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading or supervising field sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Penang.
