Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular field visits and training sessions to ensure product knowledge and brand standards are upheld.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns effectively.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A) and a reliable vehicle.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
