Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts to ensure product availability.
  • Conduct regular field visits and training sessions to ensure product knowledge and brand standards are upheld.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns effectively.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A) and a reliable vehicle.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
