Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive training curricula in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Conduct interactive workshops and lecture sessions tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create high-quality training materials, including slides, case studies, and hands-on coding exercises.
- Mentor trainees to ensure they achieve mastery in applying AI tools to real-world engineering and business problems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and methodologies in the AI and Data Science ecosystem.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training programs with current market requirements and industrial standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML model development or professional training roles.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with key libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or Pandas.
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics, statistical modeling, and database management.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Proven track record of designing curriculum or instructional content in a corporate or academic setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
