Responsibilities
- Perform precision assembly of components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with workplace safety (WSH) guidelines.
- Operate assembly tools and machinery efficiently under supervision.
- Manage inventory flow and assist in the organized packing of finished products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or process inconsistencies to the supervisor immediately.

- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Strong commitment to work and willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Ability to perform shift work on a 4-3-3-4 roster basis.
- Good physical health and ability to perform standing work for extended periods.
