Responsibilities
- Perform assembly of components and products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
- Pack finished goods and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
- Report any defects, malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good eyesight and attention to detail for quality checks.
- Basic understanding of English for reading work instructions and safety signs.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 15 kg if required.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts (if applicable) and overtime.
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
- No formal education required – on-the-job training provided.
