You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our company assetsāfrom tracking and documentation to regular audits and maintenance scheduling. Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive and real-time database of all company assets, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits across facilities to reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports regarding asset movement, depreciation, and disposal.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule routine servicing and repairs of logistics equipment.
- Implement and enforce company-wide asset tagging, tracking, and recovery procedures.
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of assets to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the procurement process by providing data-driven insights on equipment usage and replacement needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve inventory variances.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a significant advantage.
