You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our company assets—from tracking and documentation to regular audits and maintenance scheduling. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive and real-time database of all company assets, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits across facilities to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and reports regarding asset movement, depreciation, and disposal.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule routine servicing and repairs of logistics equipment.
  • Implement and enforce company-wide asset tagging, tracking, and recovery procedures.
  • Monitor and manage the lifecycle of assets to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the procurement process by providing data-driven insights on equipment usage and replacement needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and inventory management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve inventory variances.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a significant advantage.
