ST Engineering is seeking a dynamic Assistant Bid Manager to join our ICT division in Jurong East. In this role, you will support the endâtoâend bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions that win new business.
You will collaborate closely with sales, technical, finance, and legal teams to gather requirements, develop win strategies, and craft compelling value propositions. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to assess bid risks, prepare cost estimates, and maintain bid libraries. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering highâquality proposals under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Bid Manager in managing the bid process from initiation to submission.
- Coordinate crossâfunctional teams to gather technical, commercial, and legal inputs.
- Develop bid schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all bid components.
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing models, and financial summaries in line with corporate guidelines.
- Maintain bid documentation, libraries, and lessonsâlearned repositories for continuous improvement.
- Support postâbid activities including debriefs, feedback analysis, and handover to project execution teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or project coordination within the ICT or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of bidding processes, RFP/RFQ response, and contract fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with bid management tools or ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver highâquality work on schedule.
