Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities in the real estate sector
- Evaluate land acquisition prospects and assess joint venture opportunities for strategic partnerships
- Develop financial models, feasibility reports, and business proposals for potential projects
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, investors, and key stakeholders
- Negotiate terms and close deals for land purchases and joint venture agreements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the real estate or property industry
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian property market and industry regulations
- Proven track record in deal negotiation and closing successful partnerships
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and real estate management software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Possession of a valid driving license with own transportation preferred
