You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and on-site contractors to resolve technical challenges, manage design-related RFI/submittals, and ensure all construction activities align with the approved architectural plans. Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to approved design plans and specifications during on-site construction.
- Coordinate with architectural and engineering consultants to address field queries and technical discrepancies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction quality against design standards.
- Manage the submission, review, and approval process for construction-related materials and design modifications.
- Facilitate effective communication between the design office and the construction team to minimize project delays.
- Document site observations and generate detailed reports on design-related issues or required field adjustments.
- Assist in the review of shop drawings to ensure constructability and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction design coordination or site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite is essential.
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage professional relationships with contractors and consultants.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot design-related conflicts under tight project timelines.
- Highly organized with strong documentation and reporting skills.
